September is a natural time to reset routines. At Serenity Pilates & Wellness, we are welcoming the season with a four-week mobility challenge designed to help you move with more ease, not add another impossible task to your calendar.

The Autumn Reset begins the week of September 7 and runs for four weeks. To join, add your name at the front desk or message the studio. Serenity Monthly Membership members can fold the challenge into their usual schedule; drop-in students are welcome too. We will help you choose a realistic plan based on your current classes, energy, and goals.

Each week has three parts. First, take one studio class that supports mobility. Reformer Pilates (50 min) is ideal for controlled range and spring feedback. Mat Flow (45 min) builds floor-based strength and spinal articulation. Prenatal Pilates (45 min) can be adapted for expecting students who already have appropriate clearance.

Second, complete two short home sessions. These are ten-minute practices, not full workouts. One may use a resistance band for hips and shoulders. Another may be a cork mat sequence for breath, gentle rotation, and hamstring mobility. We will post the weekly focus in the studio so you know exactly what to do.

Third, choose one recovery action. That might be booking Sports Massage (60 min) with Marcus Hale, taking a slower walk, or making an earlier bedtime possible. Recovery is where mobility becomes usable, because your nervous system needs time to believe the new range is safe.

A typical week might look like Reformer on Monday, band work on Wednesday, Mat Flow with Marcus on Friday, and recovery tea blend after a quiet Sunday stretch. Nadia Petrova will also share one practical cue each week so the challenge feels connected from class to home.

Bring grip socks, a notebook if you like tracking progress, and curiosity. The goal is simple: by the end of September, your body should feel a little more available for the life you are already living.
